I believe that the information provided on the Washing Injury Law Blog will help you understand the law and process involved in handling a Washington State injury claim. I have devoted my legal career extensively to representing individuals against insurance companies in personal injury cases involving car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle/pedestrian accidents and other injury causing accidents. It is my sincere hope that I can help you become educated in the injury claim process and injury law in general so that insurance companies do not take advantage of you.

My law practice is a little different than your traditional law firm. I work for a small two attorney law firm and we choose to stay that way. We do not have a support staff, so when you call me I’m often times the person who answers the phone. We do this to keep overhead costs low, which allows use to be more selective in choosing which cases we’ll take instead needing to have hundreds of cases going at the same time. I believe having fewer cases allows me to provide the personal attention each of my clients deserves.

I am also the coauthor of the Special Report – The Guide To Washington Injury Cases. The Special Report is FREE to Washington residents and can be ordered here. I co-wrote The Guide To Washington Injury Cases so injury victims have good, solid information before hiring an attorney or dealing with the insurance company. Some cases do not need an attorney, but all cases need good useful information about injury claims before having to deal with an insurance company’s questions and offers of settlement. The Guide To Washington Injury Cases provides that good useful injury claim information.

Why Did I Create the Washington Law Injury Blog?

I am sick and tried of insurance companies taking advantage of people because they have not yet become educated on the injury claim process or spoken with an attorney. Your injury case may not need an attorney handling it, but before you start answering the insurance company’s questions you should have good information about Washington injury law and how the injury claim process works.

I created this blog and co-wrote the The Guide To Washington Injury Cases so that you can be informed right now about the injury claim process and injury law in Washington. Traditionally, to get this kind of information you had to sit down with an attorney for a “free consultation.” I believe you should be able to have good information before you sit down in a lawyer’s office and without any pressure. Deciding how to handle your injury case and who to choose as your attorney is too important to be made without having as much information as possible.

It is my goal that the Washington Injury Law Blog and The Guide To Washington Injury Cases together will provide you with the information you need to make the best decision on how to handle your injury case.
